The Rev. Canon Rebecca Kirkpatrick

Rebecca is a priest because she believes in the transformational power of a faithful community.

Rebecca holds degrees from Mount Holyoke College and Berkeley Divinity School at Yale University. Following divinity school, she served for eight and half years as the youth minister and associate priest at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church in Seattle. During that time, she was also the vicar and director of GEORGE. a community center in the Lake City neighborhood of Seattle. Not long after, she was called by the Office of the Bishop to be the Canon for Faith Formation: 35 and Under, including a position as the chaplain for the Episcopal Campus Ministry at the University of Washington. She now serves as our rector.

Rebecca and her wife, Cara, enjoy spending time sailing and kayaking as well as finding local farms and markets to visit in Snohomish and Skagit counties. She invites each of you to join her for a cup of coffee, a shared meal, or a walk around the neighborhood. You can reach her by email.
